The Pieces

What is mango wood and where does it come from?

Mango wood comes from mango trees that have completed their fruit-bearing life — typically after 15 or more years of growth. Rather than being discarded, the wood is harvested and given a second life as décor. It is one of the most sustainable hardwoods available, known for its rich grain variation, warm tones, and natural character. ELANORA sources its pieces from skilled artisans who have worked this material across generations.

Are all pieces handmade?

Yes. Every ELANORA piece is handcrafted by artisans. No two pieces are identical — the grain, tone, and natural markings will vary from piece to piece. This is not imperfection. It is the nature of the material, and the mark of something made by hand.

Do the pieces look exactly like the photos?

The photography represents each piece accurately in terms of form, proportion, and finish. However, because mango wood is a natural material, the grain pattern and tone of your specific piece will be unique. You may notice slight variations in colour or marking — this is expected and is part of what makes each piece unrepeatable.

Can I request a custom size or finish?

We do not currently offer custom sizing or finishing for individual orders. Each piece is curated and finished to ELANORA's own standard before it becomes available. For bulk or hospitality enquiries, custom finishing options may be available — reach out via WhatsApp or through our Bulk & Hospitality page.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

ELANORA is in its final pre-launch phase with pieces expected to be available very soon. Once the collection arrives, we plan to host a private unveiling for those who have expressed interest early. Join our Priority List — you will hear from us personally before anyone else, and receive an invitation to the unveiling.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept payment by bank transfer only. Details will be shared at the time of order confirmation. If you have any questions about the payment process, reach out to us on WhatsApp.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We do not have a retail store. ELANORA operates primarily online, which allows us to curate carefully and keep our focus on quality over volume. Once our first collection arrives, we plan to host a private unveiling for those who have expressed interest — join the Priority List to receive an invitation when the time comes.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes. We deliver to all emirates across the UAE. Each piece is carefully packed in our signature packaging before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available on request. Reach out to us on WhatsApp with your location and we will confirm availability and estimated timelines for your destination.

How long does delivery take?

Within the UAE, we deliver within 2 business days of order confirmation. Urgent requests can be accommodated depending on availability — reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will do our best.

Gifting & Packaging

Can I order in bulk for a hotel or corporate event?

Yes — bulk and hospitality orders are welcome. Visit our Bulk & Hospitality page to share your brief, or reach out directly on WhatsApp.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every ELANORA order arrives in our signature packaging — silk-lined, plastic-free packaging, with a printed piece card carrying the piece's image and name. Our standard packaging is gift-ready by design. This is not an add-on. It is simply how every piece leaves us, because the experience of receiving something beautiful should itself be beautiful.

Can I add a personalised message?

A personalised message on the piece card is available for a small additional charge. Reach out to us on WhatsApp or email before placing your order to arrange this.

Care, Returns & Damage

How do I care for my piece?

We have a dedicated Care Guide with everything you need to know — from daily dusting to periodic conditioning. The short version: keep your piece away from direct water and sunlight, dust regularly with a dry microfiber cloth, and condition with natural oil every three months.

What is your return and damage policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged, share an unboxing video along with your order details within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution. Depending on availability, we will offer an exchange or a full refund. Reach out immediately on WhatsApp at +971 582 972 045 — we handle every such case personally.
